Artwork is shipped in the thickest tube I received. More like pipe than cardboard for maximum protection. Regardless, UPS successfully damaged (bent) it leaving creases in the merchandise. I sent photos back in reply to Collectionzz's delivery notification and immediately got a response. They were not at fault and take steps to avoid problems like this but they owned it and made it right. Seriously good to find a company that operates like this. Thank you!

Impressive

Shipping time was pretty decent coming from the US to Canada. The print was packed in a normal tube and wrapped with proper craft paper. What I liked most was they placed a thin sheet of paper (not sure what it is called) on the print before they rolled it to protect the print. I haven't seen this before despite having hundreds of prints. The print itself is fantastic. It looked great in the pictures but is even more impressive in person. Impressive all around!
